I love dark chocolate bark! It’s like eating chocolate right out of the bag with extra added health benefits. This is one of my favorite recipes, but you can also use the chocolate base and make your own with any combination of toppings you like! Enjoy!

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Put the chocolate chips in a microwavable bowl with the coconut oil and microwave for 20-30 seconds at a time until it is melted and smooth.
  3. Pour the chocolate onto the baking sheet and use a spatula to spread it evenly. Don't worry about getting the chocolate to touch the edge of the pan.
  4. Sprinkle the almonds, cranberries, cashews, chia seeds, and sea salt evenly on the chocolate.
  5. Put baking sheet in the fridge for 30 minutes to set up.
  6. Once chocolate is hard, break apart in large chunks and store in a cool place.
